I finished these Chevron Socks from Sensational Knitted Socks using the lightweight Socks that Rock in the Nodding Violet Colorway. The pattern was perfect for the striping found in the yarn. I love, love, love them! Very comfortable, and I get frequent comments about them from non-knitters. Usually the "Oh, those are cute. Will you make me some?" kind. I'm always willing to offer to teach that person to knit their own.

Beautiful! I love the yarn in that pattern.
Ooooh, they're lovely! And your stitches look so even, too.
Which photo is accurate, color-wise? Those in the top shot look delicious. Very nice pattern for the yarn!
I can't say either one is totally accurate. The top pic is a little dark and the bottom one is done with the flash. I'd say the pic of the pattern alone is closest.
Thanks for the complements!
I have to agree with your response to people asking for socks. I try to fit in a bit of knitting at lunch when working. And without fail someone asks for socks. I offer to teach them too!
They are beautiful!!!!
