I'm going to try to start doing a question of the week and everyone can just answer in the comments. My question this week:
What is your favorite sock yarn and why?
My favorite sock yarn changes periodically, but right now it's Cherry Tree Hill because it's so soft and the colors so vibrant. Just look at my post from a couple of days ago. It's lovely stuff!

My favorite sock yarn has to Lorna's Laces. It's soft, comes in wonderful colors, and is so nice to knit with. The other yarn I knit with the most is Trekking XXL. I love all the colors it comes in too and that there are no repeats in the color sequences.
My favorite sock yarn is Socks That Rock. There's just something about how soft and springy it is. Plus I have a few pairs of socks knit with STR and they have all worn very well.
Definitely Lorna's Laces. Partly because it's so hard-wearing and yet nice and soft, partly because I can just squeeze a pair out of one skein and don't end up with a wohle lot left over :-)
My favorite sock yarn is from The Natural Dye Studio in the UK. Amanda's colorways are amazing! And the yarn is soft and warm. She has lots of different fibers, and so I like to experiment.
My second favorite is Trekking XXL. The colors are beautiful, and no matter what kind of pattern you choose, they look beauteous!
Lorna's Laces and Socks That Rock are definately my fine wines of sock yarns. Opal has convinced me to try out some Fearless Fibers - she made it look and sound so nice! I can't wait until it arrives to try it out.
